      No clear strategy from Leaders Each market has different challenges and distribution strategy and leaders struggle to put together a go to market strategy to set sales up for success Orders are delayed and no line of site to when items will be delivered and supply chain is a competitive disadvantage. Until Supply chain is fixed it, going on 3 years, success will be challenging and management is reactive and not understanding of why customers and great employees are leaving
