Pros
Learns the ins and outs of the business and warehouse control and use Meet some great people within the company
Cons
Management is more about their numbers and how they look, poor communication at times but that can be said for both sides. Sales don't matter as much as actual inventory procedures regardless of the "Serve the customer mentality" No real growth opportunities compared to what they say, have seen countless people here for 10+ years same role, same pay, same position, even tried to move up within the company and couldn't it takes you to really know someone.
