      Pros

      They have a great vacation package, new associates receive time off during their first year. They are also very generous compensating those that are deserving.

      Cons

      It's hard to find a good work/life balance, always working 50 plus hours per week.Negative to associates that want to advance their careers outside the company or even within different departments.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with an inspiring vision. HD Supply cares about each one of its employees. You can really grow and learn.

      Cons

      While the culture is very professional and welcoming, HD Supply is also very regimented and conservative. You must quickly adhere to the status quo or you'll stick out like a sore thumb.

      Pros

      The only positive to working here was the people i met. The company itself is good but HD Supply Home Improvement Solutions is one of the worse places to work.

      Cons

      The management is one sided. If you have your nose up there behinds you will be fine but if you want to work in a professional environment this place is not for you.
