      Pros

      Mostly hard working people. Plenty of good locations. I don't have any more good things to say about this company.

      Cons

      Pay is not in line with competition in most cases. Bonus structure is set up to favor pet employees. Carrots are dangled, and if upper management likes you, you reach your goals because they find loopholes to manipulate data in you favor.

      Pros

      Smart people, good business model, valuable service to the customers, nice office and good reputation among peer companies. Just now getting a handle on real data governance with a promising team working to improve things. In-house learning department offers good variety of personal improvement courses.

      Cons

      Current company president is a bit out of touch. Good people (at all levels) are leaving because of decisions he is making. Headquarters is relocating to Atlanta, could end up being a good decision, but losing many California residents who are choosing not make the move.

      Great workplace prior to going public

      Pros

      Worked there for over 5 years and learned a great deal about finance in the process. Direct management was very flexible with hours and time off. Prior upper management was welcoming, upbeat, and seemed to genuinely care about their employees.

      Cons

      Current upper management are faceless people behind closed doors whom don't seem to care about anything but profit. They have made sweeping cuts leaving hundreds out of work and creating an environment of fear.
