      Inventory. Support. Service culture. Industry involvement.

      After my 30 years in the industry I found the company had switched from customer service driven to strictly profit driven. Current management ( the area of greatest turnover ) has no idea who our customers are or how to serve their needs.

      Terrible leadership in team lead positions. If you enjoy a high school environment and working with cliques you will fit right in. Upper management and human resources require much needed training in employee relations and dealing with employees with special needs. Not disability friendly!
