      Not to much just read other reviews this company has so many Complacent positions definitely needs an overhaul I would stay far away

      Company needs to go back to being Hughes supply doing what it did best . Stay far away nobody last long unless you’re an outside salesman

      Above average pay for the role I was in

      The leadership is extremely under qualified to lead the departments that they control, providing no clear team direction or confidence in the future for their employees. I was constantly promised "more definition" or "more clarity" to structure, while more and more unjustified personnel changes were delivered. Employees who were willing to participate in the office gossip and closed door conversations were rewarded, while those who were dedicated to creating positive change in supply chain were unceremoniously escorted out. Overall an extremely challenging work environment and one that I was happy to leave voluntarily before the current class action law suit against their CEO.
