Since moving the Facilities Maintenance headquarters a few years ago to Atlanta, it’s been somewhat of a nightmare at times. There has been panic at the top, from Director level and up. A week barely goes by without an announcement of a longtime management associate who has “chosen to move on” (fired)! When the stock dipped $7/share in one day last June, it got even worse. So much potential, but not a lot trust in senior leadership at this time.

Corporate management is a "good old boy" mentality that were all brought from GE that has no clue on what the business is nor knows how to manage it.
