      The really COOL or great thing about working HD PM is you can buy your own work gloves, in fact any Safety Personal protective equipment, Gatorade and most other tools to do your job.Just dont do it on Company time, "they" are watching

      Cons

      Culture has seemed to have changed only in certain smaller locations, where young sociopath managers "make it at any employees expense" and "find something Wrong? Blame someone else" mentality is the corporate encouraged blame game.

      Plenty of opportunities to learn and contribute, but by yourself...

      - Average pay and common benefits. Medical plans are expensive. - Constantly changing leadership at all levels ever since the FM corporate office moved from west to east. Includes several layoffs even after corporate office moved. Very unstable leadership, changing priorities and directions. - Some opportunists with very little experience in supply chain took this huge opportunity to move up into the leadership. Constantly failing to make right decisions, right direction and on-time execution. Performance is going down every year in last few years. - Very sensitive work environment. Even small errors are being highlighted and punished. - Talent is not nurtured or rewarded adequately. Ideas are not welcome. No career paths. Everyone around feels dejected and demotivated. No more open door policy. Not many career advancement opportunities.
