      Company doesn't care about its employees

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. That's it.

      Cons

      Company does more external hiring than promoting from within. If you do get promoted from within, it's because of who you know, not because of what you know! No room for growth. Annual raises for hourly employees is 5% maximum. Company cares more about its customers and the almighty dollar than it cares about its employees.

      I have many talented colleagues here.

      Cons

      Too many org changes. It's like once around 2 weeks at least. Very unstable work environment, and kept in the dark about almost all management decisions before it hits. Glass ceilings everywhere.

      Bad management

      Pros

      There was some room to grow and many locations if you are able to relocate there are endless opportunities.

      Cons

      Terrible management, promotions were given to under-qualified and incompetent people causing the turn over rate to be extremely high.
