So much neoptism that before any positon is posted or promotion they are making backroom moves and deals to get rid of people Once a year have what is called a Reduction in Force, but technically it is a firing of all those that have write up performance discussions, paid too much, bonus windfalls, and people that don't fit system-- Company does not have plans to help people just want foot soldiers that are yes people that accept how things are.
