      Pros

      Steady salary with a competitive portfolio of products.

      Cons

      Can be micro managing. Company is on the market because it went public. Bad move for the employees. Did ruthless layoffs a few months ago.

      They do not give their employees proper training. Not good communication. Disorganized.

      Steady, stable job with consistent pay schedule. Reliable.

      Pros

      Immediate paid vacation & sick time, opportunities to advance. Company appears to care about the health and well being of employees and offers many programs to assist those values.

      Cons

      The pay is above minimum wave, more like medium range, but you are stuck there for a long time. Yearly raises aren't really that great, and the company is going downhill since they've become publicly traded. Management doesn't seem to care about the opinions of employees and often make poorly informed decisions that they end up retracting later because of it.
