      Pros

      A lot of room to move through the company, started in warehouse ended in shipping receiving.

      Cons

      There was a lot of over extension of resources (people). Too many duties for too few employees.

      Pros

      Upper Management is great, clientele is the guy/gal next door. Company culture is "Be Healthy", nothing wrong with that. Encouraged to get out in the community and make a difference. Most important is the encouragement to have a healthy work/life balance.

      Salary low, but better than no salary

      A very confused employer to work for, great benefits and pay if you are in sales or management.

      Pros

      Steady schedule, great health benefits, lots of locations to transfer to. They used to subsidize your move but dropped that incentive a few years back.

      Cons

      Outside salespeople were considered gods that could do no wrong, most treated everyone else like minions. Pay was good only if you were in inside sales or management.
