No Good Payout. Forced to work overtime. That's OK

Benefits - I had to pay more out of pocket for a procedure that was medically necessary than the portion that the company picked up. I paid 4x the amount that they covered with their horrible insurance policy. 401k has pretty much no company match. Everything that goes into that acct is mostly what has been deducted from your check. Management - This company promotes people that have been with the company for a long time. It's all about who you know and how big of a brown-noser you are. Most members of management in the Renovations Dept should not be in their roles, with the exception of the female leaders (they are there because they know their stuff). There are cliques. Most members of management have not spent one day in college and do not know how to talk to people, much less lead them.
