      Sustainable competitive advantages in the markets they serve for the most part; solid benefit package; career growth

      Cons

      beaucratic, inflexible management styles clash on a daily basis. System deficiencies and order management obstacles restrict company from perpetual success. Employees are treated like a number that is replaceable in certain arenas in the company.

      I was given a lot of opportunity at HD Supply. Because the company is fairly new, there has been a lot of unique projects to work on, which has been good for career growth.

      Responsive management, great environment. They take good care of the employees and they are very approachable top to bottom...every one is part of the team.

      Cons

      takes a long time to get rid of dead weight...beyond that it there is very little to say in regards to any cons. They do a great job.
