      Talented people in many roles. Serving various customer segments that help to minimize huge sways in sales during economic downturns.

      Cons

      Lack of investments in systems development and a reactionary management style in some functional areas.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Raises come pretty quick and are fair. I also enjoyed receiving semi annual bonuses. I loved the freedom of the job, as long as you did what was required of you supervisors rarely bothered you.

      Cons

      There was not much or any room to move up from a delivery driver. When things go wrong at HD.. it rolls down hill. The blame game was a big con in my opinion.
