miserable and totally shocked how employees are treated. Owner meets with management practicing lies to tell employee

Pros

no dress code and flexible hours. free coffee and a few knowledgeable people to work beside. a few friendly co workers.

Cons

Upon being hired was told I would have medical insurance and bonuses in lieu of pay raises. Actually I have no medical insurance, not a bonus since 2007, not one raise and have recently been handed a 20% cut in pay.

Pros

The flexible work environment along with an opportunity to learn more about Health Care IT provides good opportunities for people who want to balance their work/life and also learn new skills that can benefit them at HDM or at other employers in Omaha and beyond.

Cons

A small office where everyone knows your business. HDM has been through a lot of trauma in the past 7 years since the owner's divorce, but it is coming back strong.

Cons

I could no longer work for a company that didn't pay their bills. We never knew if we would receive our paychecks or if there would be funds to cover them.
