Thank you for your comments. As owner of HDM, I am sorry you felt your experience has been so negative.
Unfortunately, the information presented is not all factual, i.e., 6 admins have not quit in 2 weeks of employment. We have had 5 admins in the last 18 months. 2 of which still work for HDM in a different department. 1 was not a good fit for the position and left. 1 who was pursing a career in the legal field (which we knew when we hired her) left, with notice, once a position in that field was available. The last, which you claim, “ran the business” was here for a little over a month and left of their own choice, without notice.
While HDM does not offer health benefits , here are the benefits we do offer our Full-Time Team members:
PTO – up to 3 weeks
Disability
Life
Simple IRA with 3% match
Paid Holidays
Casual Dress
Flexible Scheduling
As to pay being taken from people’s checks this is not true. We offer flexible scheduling at the cost of making payroll very complicated and difficult to manage. Occasionally we do make mistakes, they are rectified as soon as possible once it has been brought to our attention.
Also, you do not mention the holiday gift or year-end bonus the company provided just last month, which was meant to be benefits to the employees, but obviously missed the mark for you. The most difficult thing about your post is you do not say what would be positive or specifically how to make HDM a better place. I want HDM to be a GREAT place to work and for all employees to enjoy the experience. I would like to hear specifics about how to do this in a way that employees will notice and appreciate.
