HDM Corp has donated millions of dollars over its 23 year history to worthy causes and organizations in the Omaha area. I have seen the generosity of the CEO first hand in checks and gift cards given to employees to buy tires, pay rent, buy food, pay lawyers, fix fences, and buy diapers. In reading some of the prior posts, I am wondering if we are talking about the same CEO.

Cons

I felt very comfortable working at HDM and had flexibility in my life. The focus was on results, not hours worked and sometimes I saw employees take advantage of that freedom.

Relaxed and comfortable work environment....casual dress and peaceful space.......Open door policy with management and owner.....wonderful Holiday cash bonus given before Black Friday so we could shop.....and then Holiday Gifts /Gift Cards from the owner at Christmas! Our end of December paycheck was given to us early so we all had our checks Before the Christmas break. The company is growing and developing new systems to adjust to the current and upcoming growth. The owner treats us like adults and balances what is best for our customers, employees, and the company .

A job is what you make of it....attitude determines altitude!
