Flexible Hours, Opportunity to eventually work from home, nice co-workers, casual dress, no phone work, there's quite a few extra perks, very nice management.

Cons

The only downside is a very small cubicle, but other than that I can't think of anything else and the pros outweigh that one small thing so still definitely worth it and a good place to work.
