      Pros

      Forward thinking non centralized structure. Most operational decisions are made at lower levels which keeps the company positioned to respond more quickly to changing market demands.

      Cons

      Can be "just a number " with 9k employees.

      The company has plenty of work. The people is nice and very experienced. Excellent benefits and opportunities to be part owner.

      Cons

      Management is not that great and is mainly lead by men. Most of the office principles across the offices are from Omaha (where the company's headquarter's is located). Career advancement is not an easy task; it is extremely political.
