Pros

Great mix of products. Some great people. Good medical insurance. Good 401K match.

Cons

Senior management is unfamiliar with products, customers, and employees skills. IT infrastructure is old. Geneva plant not air conditioned. Most office employees sit together in a a couple noisy and poorly decorated rooms with no windows and no privacy.

- Coworkers were great - Good chance you will work in air conditioned environment - Supervisor was very helpful and she always cared about us

Cons

- Company wanted more product than we could make - Steel toes are a requirement when they shouldn't - Work is beyond repetitive and very slow paced - No lunch break - 2nd shift thinks it's at war with 1st shift and complains way too often - Get yelled at for helping other coworkers
