The benefits that are offered a very good. HDT makes awesome products for the military. It is a growing company.

Cons

High turnover of executive and key management positions. Co-workers are very clickish and go out of their way to exclude and be rude.

Management and leadership are horrible. They don’t want everyone to grow only the ones they like. They try to squeeze every last drop out of you.
