Pros

The company seems to be winning new orders and we've been busier than we have in a long time. There has been a lot of changes to the management teams and they are making changes. For the most part things seem to be improving. Pay is fair, benefits are good and they have a 9/80 work schedule that most of us like.

Cons

Management seems to be more visible but its still hard to know how well we are doing.
