      Salary was decent for my experience. Would give you a bonus based on if goals were met.

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible. Would give you no direction, wouldn't take time to answer your questions.

      worked with peers of great talent and versatility Had latitude to do what was needed- as long as we made money

      Cons

      Management is limited-- short sighted in many respects. Once they use you up then they throw you out...done many times with many talented people CEO is figurehead, finance runs the operation totally Few innovations now just sucking up money from members.
