Pros

Good bonuses. Get to know member's and the vendor community so good travel and expensive dinners.

Cons

Wow, so many to list. Management pins people against each other. So many internal games played by one VP that I wonder how anything gets done. Not a really clear vision of the future or what to offer the member's. I can see a mass exit of the vendors that are being over change.

Pros

-Benefits and bonuses are great (Execs make sure of this as this affects them the most) -Good Work/Life balance

Cons

-Upper management is made up of individuals who have been with the company for 10+ years and lack any real training or new skills. They stick around to collect their bonuses. -Not open for change due to most individuals set in their ways -Very siloed and cliquey -No room for promotion
