      No Work Life Balance. A Revolving Door

      Good purpose. Some good employees.

      Cons

      Leadership is a revolving door. Hiring friends and family who do not have the right experience. Current leadership likes a constant state of panic. No work life balance. There is a core clique who seem to be running things and who don't listen to others. Pretend to listen through a number of feedback options, but they hear what they want to hear.
