Thank you for your review. They help others understand the good and not-so with companies and roles within the call center industry. We really appreciate former and current employees about the positive experiences they have had with us. As you mention, we are very proud of our inclusivity, which typifies our global organization. We do understand that the Call Centre industry is quite unique, so our interview process and realistic job previews are robust and honest. Pros

Excellent and positive work environment. Fun people to work with, including the team leaders who have all been very nice and professional. Very good advancement opportunities if you care more about your pocketbook than you do about customers.

Cons

I think TLs have to big a work load and don't have enough time to meet all of the important team needs. Everything gets put on the back burner. However, given the high turn-over and knowing that an employee can flee at a moment's notice, they probably aren't very motivated to help out and give you what you need to do your job better. The starting pay sucks, but it's par for the course in this industry. Problem = too many stupid customers (many many calls) + very competitive markets (very low service fees). Next to no advancement opportunities if you really care about helping people. Again, part of the customer service business, ironically.
