      Great managers, and directors. Awesome sales team that's always willing to help if they can

      Very Territory specific. If you get stuck in a under performing area, you will have a very hard time hitting quota.

      not many. benefits were average, salary - 80k (poor bonus/commission structure though)

      Cons

      if you're in a "non-linked" market, you're the only one with any competition, and HHA never wins on price. incredibly transactional process (open an opp monday, have it closed by tuesday or you're reprimanded - why so pushy?) - overly aggressive targets that rarely are hit by reps. just not a good place to be if you want to make money as a salesperson. also - incredibly "woke" - I vividly recall L&D openly discussing how capitalism is horrible and socialism is the way of the future during training sessions. leave those conversations OUT of the work place. I dont care about your views.
