      They Don’t Care About You

      You can you use your cell phone during work hours. Free lunch somedays

      Cons

      The department or company have tools to train you on their product. The software is hard, they expect you know all these markets and handle calls. Tier 2 gives you a hard time to send them a ticket. They make you lie to your callers. They have upper management politics. They hire all these VP who have zero clue what they’re doing. The HR department is a train wreck. They transitioned from 3rd party to in house, and the woman leading the HR has done a horrible job. The culture of this company is dead. Do not expect to grow here. Dead end. Be warned new Tier 1s.

      You can abuse work from home.

      Horrible Client Services department, unorganized and on reactive to things happen. They do not update the system according. The HR department is useless and the in house HR they deployed, is horrendous HR personnel can’t even read an email properly or answer in a timely manner. Health Plan is bad, the benefits are mediocre. PTO policy is horrendous. Stay away from this company they will do you dirty and do not care about you or wellbeing. They a lot of sexual harassment towards females in this company, the company is secretive on a lot of things. They overwork you for little pay, they lie to you about advancements. They’re too busy about pleasing stakeholders and hiring more executives while other departments are understaffed.

      Great employees to work with, no toxic leadership Able to work from home

      Cons

      All the company's hardship is caused by a malfunctioning legacy product. Numerous bugs, and the system often crashes, eventually making it impossible for employees to genuinely reassure clients that the system they purchased is reliable and worth their trust. Because of the constantly changing industry, resources get used to make system enhancements instead of fixing what's already built.
