Work From Home Opportunity Annual Bonus Flexible Leave Policy Good Management (Subjected to specific teams only)

Legacy Application Code (VB.NET with Web forms) with no intention of Migration After January, 2023 New CEO's arrival the changed entire management by terminating one by one higher management employees. That lead to some performance degradation enitrely. This was continuing and In the February 2024, the decision was made to terminate all of the employees india operation unit of the organization resulting in the mass layoff of 350+ employees on the immediate basis. The decision was announced without sharing any prior notice.

Everything about the company was so perfect. The HR, Management, Admin, Salary and the atmosphere was so homely.

Cons

HHAeXchange was acquired by GlobalLogic in Feb 2024 and they laid off all the current HHAeXchange employees.
