      Excellent to continue along with studies if internship is extended. The team is really understanding of the work and university stuffs as well.

      HR is extremely detached. Growth or promotions are contingent upon who you know, not what you know or how well you perform in your role. People are put in roles, where they are clueless.

      Pros

      The company is growing constantly and there are always new opportunities to develop your career while at HHAeXchange. The culture is very collaborative and everyone really enjoys working with eachother to come to the best solution for our clients. Leadership is really strong and always willing to hear out feedback. This is a really good place for someone to learn a lot, add to their skillset, and reap the benefits.

      Cons

      There are always growing pains at companies with such consistent high growth. Everyone really does try their best though to overcome obstacles quickly and scale up as efficiently as possible though.
