      Pros

      The atmosphere within colleagues is pleasant and productive. The company offers good benefits such as insurance, covering some of the cost to return to school for bettering yourself within the role, paid travel for corporate events etc.

      Cons

      Too many changes being done on the decision-making side that increased work with less time to complete. This also increased the tickets received from providers since the providers themselves had little time to train for the system updates. This was especially frustrating when it came time for the providers to bill.

      Managers are unengaged in day to day individual sales operations. Literally have to figure everything out for yourself . No intro period when you and leadership begin to start making calls. Literally just you on the phone with the client...

      Colleagues are good. Now they are adapting to new technologies and good for career growth

      Cons

      Hybrid policy reimbursements are not up to the mark they only do partially reimbursed. The policy is only on paper and not something that people actually follow. Poor finance and accounts department.
