growth opportunities, interesting and challenging work. HHM dedicates a lot of interest and effort to developing associates and promoting within. The hospitality industry a whole provides and environment to work closely with associates, customers, and business partners from all over the world, and great professional networking. Travel in hospitality provides a lot of travel experience.

Cons

The organization has been growing significantly every year for 15 years. Some of this growth has challenged strong cultural values in communication. There is some gap in coordination and communication between regions and corporate teams.

The company does a great job creating job growth and career opportunities. has a great people support function and operates in a very professional manner as it pertains to their associates. The company has a great American family success story that encourages you to be the best you can be.

Cons

benefits and PTO for associates is not up to par with other hospitality companies, although has improved over the years and by no means is bad.
