Not many to be honest

Cons

The Regional team are extremely disorganized. They love a good fire drill because they are not equipped to speak effectively to ownership. The communication is poor which causes work to be duplicated. They are also extremely disrespectful of peers. They speak openly and negatively about senior leaders and other colleagues.

Flexible, Honest, Easy to train, good benefits, good pay, ability to move up within the company

Cons

There was not a lot of cons that I can think of. One thing I'd say is to remember your hard working employees and not to promote those that do not deserve.
