Pros

Benefits were not bad considering the alternative if the ACA in Delaware. Department managers doing the best they could with limited funds.

Cons

Working 15-20 hour days as a manager and told there was no money for an assistant. Constantly trying to hire hourly staff. Management turnover extremely high. No leadership from the GM. The parent company seemed to be literally blind to what was actually going on at the property level...their only concern was the bottom line. You would think that they would recognize something is wrong when you have over 15 managers come and go within a 3-4 year period.

Health benefits are reasonable considering the ACA alternative. Department managers do truly care about the property but have no resources.

Cons

General Manager only cared about the bottom line. Never any resources to fix/refurbish anything. Low pay for managers who often work 50 to 60 hours a week.
