Pros

Training/on-boarding was professional, healthcare industry is always in demand, produce higher quality results when compared to competitors. Great management experience

Cons

no incentive bonus pay, long hours, difficult to advance. Company is growing but slowly. Still in the larger competitor's shadow. No internal job board. Long hours

Assistant Directors are not included in our bonus plan because they are in training to be Director. HHS is, in fact, growing rapidly & there is great opportunity for advancement. Our job openings are posted on the internal website.

Pros

Customer Focused - goes beyond the facility as a customer and focuses on the patient. Compensation - for managers, VERY aggressive compared to other industry competitors. Opportunity - advancement opportunity for EVERYONE, team members to managers. Training - HHS' Systems, implementation, follow-up, regulation compliance. Open Network - easy access to fellow managers nation-wide as well as Senior Management.

Cons

Work Load - AT TIMES and as with ANY job, you may be required to go beyond your normal scope of work or may have to meet quick deadlines. Keep in mind the industry in which we work - and its' standards. Compensation - for team members, compensation could be a little better (in my opinion), but still competitive with entry-level positions at businesses in that area.

Pros

HHS really gives great training to its management staff and support you when you are in the field. The pay is great for entry level management. I started at 40k as an assistant director and was given a 15k raise after 8 months when I was promoted to a director at my own account.

Cons

The only 2 negative things I have to say would be that the company need to raise current wages for its hourly team members, and that it should open doors up for current directors to speak with upper management in regards to moving to new accounts. Many hospitals with HHS are in rural areas.

We would like to raise hourly wages, but must pay comparable to customer & competition. Please do feel free to speak with your boss or upper management about moving to a different location; we would like for you to be happy
