Cons
Behind on the pay scale when comparing the same job titles to other companies. People keep leaving and others get the workload put in them with zero pay increase. People wouldn't leave if those that can, could work from home however many days they need/want to and perform well. People would also stay if the pay was better. I could leave today and get a 10-20k raise easily, but I am passionate about aircraft carriers.
