      Pros

      There are no pros for this job. It is just that a job. Unappreciated, under paid, over worked, Boss does not support and upper management preaches ethics but does not practice what they preach.

      Cons

      Everything, low pay, benefits are worse every year, unbelievable pressure that you can’t take a day off without your boss telling you to sit in on meetings. Ruins marriages and check out internal suicidal rate.

      Pros

      Apprentice school provided me with an education in the classroom as well as a hands-on shipbuilding experience. They fostered a strong growth potential in my career which allowed me to raise to the level of Program Manager within 16 years of working for the company.
