      I work off-site from the company headquarters, it is nice an stress free.

      Getting questions answered and help from IT takes forever and never get answered.

      They make everyone charge their time even if the nature of all the work is overhead. If they simply don't like you and you accidentally mis-charge 5 minutes, they can just fire you and not pay unemployment. Cannot recommend to anyone who is salaried. Low pay.

      Pay is decent. Health insurance is good.

      Cons

      Poor Managment. Poor Planning. No communication. Tons of lazy people who do nothing all day and expect others to pick up their slack. Working conditions are awful. Parking is a joke. You park a mile or more away from the shipyard and have to shuttle in. This company makes you feel like you are just a number and not cared about. All concerns or cries fall on deaf ears.
