Pros
There was a lot to learn and work on and plenty of engineers to collaborate with. Everyone I interacted with was generally agreeable.
Cons
Too structured, timesheets recording down to the tenth of an hour, no real negotiation for salary at lower experience levels. Flex time (working to make up for needing to leave early) was a way to get you to work more and overtime exemption was used to pay you less.
