      Pros

      Big on Ethics - they take it seriously! Got rid of a group of former SAIC crooks who individually tried to take over the company before HII acquired Camber. Great pay, average benefits package. Overall, not a bad place to work.

      Cons

      Don't respect experience when it comes to integration of an acquisition. Camber Corporation, acquired by HII, has integrated multiple companies into Camber. When HII acquired us, they put one of their existing companies in charge of the integration and it's been a nightmare on so many levels as they had little or no experience in that area. Benefits package could be better, considering the size of the company. Choose better leaders with experience in critical areas of management.

      -Many opportunities to work in different positions and different departments -Positive and inclusive company culture -Interesting product built here -Annual holiday shutdown allows for travel and time with family during the holidays -Travel opportunities in certain positions with good travel bonus pay -Good company provided health center and employee assistance groups -Free company provided night classes

      -Limited parking -Some office buildings are very outdated

      Pros

      The pay is okay. Could be better and could be worse.

      Cons

      Many incompetent people here that are stuck in certain ways. People have postions that they shouldn't have. Lack of accountability. Too much business to focus on good processes within organization. Too many that are unprofessional. Hard to move up in company, even with having the credentials and experience. PARKING!!!
