      Hours are flexible, Starting pay is great but pay raises are slow moving from there

      Cons

      Very political environment, You need to say the right things and dress the right way to move up. Nothing at this company is based of how smart you are. There are a lot of dummies who are good politicians that are currently placed in high positions. Also there is prejudice environments in most areas.

      Generous tuition program. Many opportunities for networking, community involvement and growth. You can be proud of the mission that the company stand for.

      Cons

      You are an ant in a city of 20k plus people. Don't expect any personal interactions with upper management, ever. Parking is at a premium and usually paid monthly unless you are lucky enough to get an assigned spot.
