      Pros

      Work on cool stuffs and can actually see cool stuffs. BASE rotational program is a great thing.

      Cons

      Not enough experienced engineers, too much micro management from some managers. No accountability for some managers after their mistakes. Can work on the yearly pay increase. The area is boring for new engineers.

      I was given room to be creative and pursue solutions with little hindrance. Because of this environment, I've received a promotion in under two months. If you are given the room to perform, be sure to create an indispensable project.

      Cons

      The work environment is dependent on the customer. Many times the customer is not an expert in the field they're overseeing but their opinion carries more weight and can deviate or kill projects fairly easy.
