No much to add, its pretty good at HII.

Somehow worse communication than before the takeover. Any respect I had worked up over my 5 years with the previous company has been washed away. They promote on a buddy system meaning if you’re not buddies with management then you’ll never progress. There’s a guy here that started on the floor as a level 2 fitter about 2 years ago and is now high level management. They will tell you what you want to hear just so you’ll get back to work. Nobody is qualified for anything. They have us doing dangerous jobs while lacking in the safety department but want to make sure we wear our goggles. No respirators even though there’s a ton of paint on the parts we’re supposed to clean.
