      Pros

      The pay is good and the hours as well.

      Cons

      This company has so much nepotism that it is not funny, They have their clicks and if you are not one of them you are not wanted so they work real hard to get rid of the ones that do their work the correct way and keep the low lifes that are related or are excellent in crying and making demands. If you are not one of the "Good ole' Boys" you might as well forget working to advance.

      Pros

      company good for 20years then management changed from promoting based on experience and education and started promoting throught the good ole boy system, HII has made it a very partial and prejudice showing company

      Cons

      very predjudice since HII brought the company, Northrop Grumman made NNS a good company, now senior has no value if one of the selfish non-qualified managers don't like you you are now gone, the company has no loyaity anymore

      Pros

      Alright pay, mediocre benefits. As a welder you get more arc time here that you dont usually get at other companies. it really helps build your skills in the field.

      Cons

      It is a boys club, to advance you really have to brown nose your way up. And to get past a foreman position you have to be an apprentice or they will look right over you.
