Pay is decent and the culture is great. Flexible time off as well

Cons

Parking is the worst I've ever seen. Get used to that and you'll be fine.

Pros

Movement within the company is great. It gives you the opportunity to find the place where you can be most productive. Good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Parking is horrible. The management is questionable. Too many ex military hiring military transitioning out and being given opportunities they have not earned. Actual shipyard experience is undervalued.
