Good pay, annual raises, great benefits.

Cons

Working conditions, lack of material, foreman that don't know what they're doing, promoting apprentice school grads instead of qualified applicants, favoritism, disconnect between engineering and the deck plates, disconnect between executives and the deck plates.

Cons

The depending on the department you work for the management is either good or bad. And they tend to tax your bonus at least 40% before u get it
