      Pros

      Excellent place for an engineer to get started. Numerous paths to start a career and lots of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Old company that at times is slow in adopting new technology.. Good Ole' Boy system still exists and can block progress. It is difficult to get new ideas off the ground and at times accomplishments go unnoticed.
