      Pros

      Very friendly coworkers, management is friendly, new challenges daily, yearly merit raises, and a great learning environment for new engineers.

      Cons

      30 minute lunch (the flexible schedule allows for longer break sometimes) and some of the offices could use some updating.

      Pros

      Working here makes you feel like you are doing an important job for our country. The work is pretty easy if you are in a good office. The Apprentice program really helps you get ahead quickly.

      Cons

      This is a large company where you feel like you are nothing but a number. No raises for the past 2 years. Raises are small. The org structure is so tall it feels like you can never get to the top. Parking is HORRIBLE!
