      Pros

      Pay is steady. Benefits aren't too bad. Great ideas come around every now and then. Really can't say too much more that's positive.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Management try's to generally intimidate craft to try push production to increase. Parking is a mess. In order to move into management it's all about who you know, not what you can and are willing to do for the company. The unions are a joke.

      A Good Stepping Stone

      Pros

      Access to good hardware like tablets, computers, multiple monitors. Free hot chocolate and tea. Nice Coworkers, this division has a small company vibe. Recently purchased by a large company who will pump money into the team. Hours are flexible, and you are able to make the time up easily when you need to go to the doctor and things like that. This place is a good company to build your skills with, get some project experience, and learn about military aircraft. I thought the benefits package was better than some of the ones that's been presented to me in interviews in this area. Overall for an artist, it was a good place to work.

      Cons

      Project stability can be volatile. When its good it's good, but when its scarce, it's probably time to start looking. There's a lack of innovation, and pushing new techologies like VR/AR, but that probably ties into the lack of budget. There are a lot of wasps flying around the building, so if you are allergic, I would consider bringing an Epi-Pen.

      Decent place if you just want a decent paycheck

      Flexible schedules, stability (steady paycheck), good benefits

      Cons

      -Management -Real engineering work opportunities are hard to find here. I estimate > 80% of engineering will never actually do any engineering work here. -Your opinion or what you want to do has no relevance.
